According to Robert Kiyosaki, author of the best-selling book #RichDadPoorDad the term “rat race” represents how most people live.
👉 Kiyosaki said that most people SPEND everything they earn and they always think that they’re only going to be able to finally save some money once they start earning more.
BUT what ends up happening is that when they finally get that raise, instead of saving, they upgrade their lifestyle and their expenses go up 📈.
This makes it impossible for them to save and they start accumulating debt from buying things that will take them years to pay off.
The “rat race” is a vicious cycle and it becomes very difficult to get out of it. ⚠️
We all have bills to pay for like our basic necessities (housing, transport, food, etc.)
However, what Kiyosaki says is that we should not start spending more just because we start earning more. ❌
